A mouthwatering bouquet of tropical fruit notes with sweet apricot and pear leading into a well-balanced crisp natural acidity.

The Late Harvest Riesling is the product of our riesling grapes left on the vine for an extra month+ even after reaching their peak ripeness. This delicate dance allows a slight dehydration of the grape and a concentration of the sugar content. Fermentation happens at cool temperatures within stainless steel tanks and fresh juice is added just before bottling for perfect sweetness.
